MIPS Spherical Technology

MIPS Spherical is a refinement and evolution of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS). With this sophisticated design, two layers of EPP foam fit together like a ball and socket. This system helps reduce impact from rotational energy by allowing up to 10- to 15- millimeters of relative motion between the helmet and head during the first milliseconds of an impact.

Seamless Compatibility

Seamless Compatibility facilitates optimal performance of both helmets and goggles because Giro products are designed to work together as a single integrated unit. Ensuring a seamless interface between helmet and goggles offers exceptional fit and dependable, worry-free function.

In Form 2 Fit System

The In Form 2 Fit System is lighter and lower-profile than the original In Form system and features an improved dial design that provides up to 6 cm of adjustment and enhanced stability. This system gives the helmet a custom fit within seconds—even with gloves on.

Polartec® Power Grid

Polartec® Power Grid offers exceptional comfort thanks to its bi-component knit construction designed to wick moisture and dry quickly. The padding also includes a Silver Salt to prevent odor buildup.

Stack Vent Technology

Giro aligns the Stack Vent in their helmets with the center vent of their goggles to reduce goggle fogging.

Thermostat Control Adjustable Venting

Thermostat Control Adjustable Venting allows you to custom-tune airflow instantly with a simple button on the outside of the helmet. This system is fast, easy, and effective at keeping you comfortable.
